Professional experience

Mr. Nwaubani’s practice is concentrated on litigation (national and international) and business  law. He is admitted to practice in many U.S.  jurisdictions  and Nigeria.
In over a decade of work, he has acquired extensive experience in many  areas of law pertaining to national and international business, including corporate and partnership law, business start-up and healthcare practices, mergers and acquisitions, business immigration, civil rights, bankruptcy and business reorganization.

Mr. Nwaubani has represented clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts of many jurisdictions, including the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, and Maryland. He is thorough, strategically-minded, methodical and tenacious. He  has a reputation for being immediately responsive to clients and working efficiently and within budgets. He is well-versed in e-discovery issues, and creative in coming up with solutions to resolve disputes.
