Daniel A. Gillespie is accomplished lawyer who has saved his clients hundreds of thousands. He went to law school after spending 9 years in the military and working in the areas of international and operational law in Iraq and other countries. After getting his J.D. from Regent University in 2008 and LLM in Trial Advocacy in 2010 at Temple University, he began his law practice in Knoxville, TN.

Although a skilled trial lawyer, he was trained in negotiations in the Middle East and has developed an effective system for helping clients obtain great outcomes and avoid trial. Daniel has been consultant for both companies and individual entrepreneurs in risk management and litigation strategy.

Daniel has been legal counsel to a number of non-profit organizations and started a non-profit to help recover losses on behalf of victims of human trafficking. He has also spent thousands of hours working on large scale litigation including class action and products liability.
